SIMPLE PAN CAKES

As eggs are available all time in our house, I keen on trying different varities through eggs which can be done easily, especially to give eggs in different forms for my 3 years old daughter. This is one of my successful recipe tasted like french toast because of the same ingredients we use to have it  in fresh toast. This is a receipe done very quickly at any time.

Ingredients:

1. Eggs - 2
2. Milk - 1/4 cup
3. Sugar - 1 tbs
4. salt - 1/2 tsp
5. Flour - 1 tbs
6. Baking powder - a small pinch (optional)
7. Butter - for cooking

Method:

1. Break the eggs in a bowl, beat nicely until it becomes frothy.

2. Add milk, sugar and salt. Beat the egg mixture until the sugar melts.

3. Add flour and blend it well with the egg mixture without any lumps.

4. Its optional to add baking powder to this recipe for kids. I have just added it to have fluffy texture.

5. Heat a small pan, add a teaspoon of butter to the pan, pour 1 scoop of egg mixture to the pan and do a swirling motion, you use to do for omelette. It turns black soon, so quickly flip to other side and take golden brown on both the sides.

6. You can serve it as it as, or you can make a roll and pour choclate sauce on top, sprinkling cashew, almond pieces on top of it or you can also roll and stuff some cream cheese with nuts and you can extend your imagination, which has no limits.
