CHUTNEY MASALA DOSAI

This is the recipe I learned from my co-sister as her family's favorite tiffen on weekends.  If you read this recipe it appears so simple. You must try this once to enjoy the flavour. This is something making the regular dosa to a special dosa with simple ingredients.

Ingredients :

1. Dosa batter - as required
2. Coriander chuntney - as required (The one you use to prepare in your house)
3. tomato onion thokku - as required

Ingrdients and method for tomato thokku:

1. tomatoes - 10
2. Onion - 8
3. Salt - to taste
4. Red chilli powder - to taste as optional

Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped tomatoes and onion. Add salt,  fry until the water from the tomatoes are completely gone and well smashed.  Once it got cooked transfer to a bowl and keep it ready to prepare spicy masala dosa.

Method to prepare chuntey masala dosa:

1. Heat dosa pan, pour dosa as thin layer as regularily you use to do. Once the dosa is cooked on one side, flip it on other side and cook it crispy.

2. Turn the dosa on white side, apply coriander chutney all over the dosa.

3. Keep few spoons of tomato thokku inside the dosa on one half. Close the other half.

4. Serve it hot. No side dish required for this dosa.
