EMERGENCY CHUTNEY WITH ONION

This chuntney can be done instantly and quickly in minutes, which will give you hand in so many occasions.

Ingredients:

1. Onions - 1/2 cup (small or big)
2. Sambhar powder - 1 tbs
3. Tamarind - a small ball
4. Salt - as required

Seasoning:

1. Gingelly oil - 1/4 cup or as required
2. mustard seeds  - 1 tsp
3. Jeera - 1 tsp
4. hing powder - 1 tsp
5. curry leaves -- 1 twig

Method:

1. Add chopped onions, sambhar powder, salt, tamarind to the blender and grind to a fiine paste.

2. Transfer to a serving bowl . Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, jeera, hing powder and curry leaves. Once they got popped, transfer to the chutney bowl.

3. Serve this hot chutney with dosa.
